7. Order H.O.W. "if Applicable"
8. Send Reminders of due dates
9. Obtain All necessary documents and organize the file

1. Review all disclosures/documents for signatures, initials, and completion by all parties
2. Keep Auditing the file at each due date
3. Verify all compliance requirements for agents, offices, headquarters
4. Communicate with all parties that are missing items
5. Final Audit of the file
6. Ready to close

2. Remind the buyer for the final walk-through
